Mentored Work Placements

Guided Development Through Hands-On Experience

This program offers wage subsidies and mentorship for out-of-school youth to enhance employability skills and support educational and career development.

It can be difficult for youth to enter the labour market. Employers demand skills and experience that are hard to come by, when you are just starting to make your way in the world.

Taking advantage of the Mentored Work Placements program can give participants an excellent head-start, allowing them to develop skills, gain experience and network with individuals that are already in their desired field.
