Competencies & Skills

Sustainable Employment through Increased Employability

This program assists individuals in acquiring the competencies and skills required for a given job or receiving training that leads to a form of accreditation.

If you want to be on top of your game you need to continuously work on your skills.

The Competencies and Skills program helps participants do just that. By funding most aspects of accredited training programs and apprenticeships – and providing training allowances –  Cree workers will have the opportunity to increase their employability and secure meaningful and sustainable employment.
