Program Application Deadlines

Although we accept applications for most programs throughout the entire year, there are some important dates our clients and partners need to know.

ASDAC Meetings:
The Apatisiiwin Skills Development Advisory Committee, a crucial part of our funding process, meets four times annually. Our Program Officers diligently present projects to the Committee for approval if the requested funds exceed $25,000, ensuring a fair and transparent decision-making process.

The ASDAC Meetings for this fiscal year will be held:

July 3rd – 4th, 2024
September 4th – 5th, 2024
December 4th – 5th, 2024
March 26th – 27th, 2025

Application Deadlines:
To give our Program Officers time to prepare supporting documents and verify prospective applicants’ eligibility, we require program applications to be submitted 30 days before the upcoming ASDAC meeting.

The deadlines for program applications for the 2024 – 2025 fiscal year are:

June 3rd, 2024
August 5th, 2024
November 4th, 2024
February 26th, 2025

Signed and completed application forms must be submitted on or before the dates above to be presented at the corresponding ASDAC meeting. Applications received after these dates must wait until the next meeting to be considered for funding.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, applicants may be permitted to collect and submit supporting documents after the deadline date. However, please note that no application will be considered unless the completed application form has been submitted on time, ensuring a fair and efficient process for all.

Amendments to existing agreements follow the same schedule as new program applications.
