INTERNAL TRAINER
(Full time permanent position – 40 hours/week)
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Corporate Compliance Manager, the internal trainer will ensure that training material is up to date and complies with applicable governmental rules and standards. He/she will have to facilitate, evaluate
and train different groups of employees in the field, at all Air Creebec-operated stations. Therefore, he/she will supervise and control face-to-face group dynamics. He/she will ensure that theory is put into practice and
carry out all other related tasks.
DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PROFILE?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a trainer.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment such as overhead cranes, harnesses, working at heights, forklifts, etc…
- Previous experience in the aeronautical industry is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS-Office tools: (MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Teams.).
- Ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility and adaptability: must be able to handle pressure and work in a changing environment.
- Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license: You will be required to travel to all stations.
- Bilingual (English and French). Cree is considered an asset.
