Position: WAREHOUSE CLERK

Reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator and as part of the supply chain team, the Warehouse Clerk is responsible for ensuring the receipt, storage and delivery of materials to the various departments at the Renard Project site.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, identify and control equipment;
- Store items in an orderly manner and in such a way that they are easily accessible in the warehouse;
- Processes requests received and dispatches or distributes materials;
- Maintains records and inventory using a computerized system (Guide TI);
- Prepares orders to replenish supplies and materials;

- Respects, controls and promotes company regulations and policies, particularly in the area of health and safety;
- Accomplishes all tasks related to the performance of the position.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or a combination of education and relevant experience;
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Guide TI software and Microsoft Office suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Forklift operator (forklift operator) cards, required;
- Knowledge of WHMIS;
- Great ability to work in a team environment, especially with maintenance, logistics and purchasing personnel;
- Excellent ability to organize and execute tasks;
- Ability to provide high quality customer service;
- Ability to lift and move loads not exceeding 25kg;
- Versatility and flexibility in terms of tasks;
- Autonomy and resourcefulness;
- Interest and ability to work in a multicultural work environment;
- Exemplary attitude in health and safety;
- Excellent written and oral expression in both English and French.
