Responsibilities 

  • Respects the hygiene and health standards established;
  • Helps the chief cook;
  • Cuts the vegetables and the meat;
  • Prepares the sandwiches and the salad bar;
  • Works with various equipment’s in the kitchen;
  • Cleans the work space and the tables;
  • Prepares coffee;
  • Sweeps the various interior floor surfaces and various exterior surfaces;
  • Uses the vacuum on the different floor surfaces;
  • Cleans the various floor surfaces and countertops;
  • Cleans the crockery and the working tools;
  • Empties and transports the garbage;
  • Cleans the walls and ceilings by hand or with the adequate mop;
  • Organizes in the refrigerators and cabinets;
  • All the related tasks depending on the needs of the service.

Requirements

  • Professional culinary diploma;
  • Considerable organizational skills;
  • Good working relationship.
