Responsibilities
- Respects the hygiene and health standards established;
- Helps the chief cook;
- Cuts the vegetables and the meat;
- Prepares the sandwiches and the salad bar;
- Works with various equipment’s in the kitchen;
- Cleans the work space and the tables;
- Prepares coffee;
- Sweeps the various interior floor surfaces and various exterior surfaces;
- Uses the vacuum on the different floor surfaces;
- Cleans the various floor surfaces and countertops;
- Cleans the crockery and the working tools;
- Empties and transports the garbage;
- Cleans the walls and ceilings by hand or with the adequate mop;
- Organizes in the refrigerators and cabinets;
- All the related tasks depending on the needs of the service.
Requirements
- Professional culinary diploma;
- Considerable organizational skills;
- Good working relationship.
