Job Description
Main functions
- Perform spontaneous repairs in response to various breakages
- Make general repairs
- Reply to customer requests in a timely manner
- Perform repairs to ensure the comfort of the client during his stay
- Carry out preventive maintenance
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance of buildings
- Doing light painting, carpentry, plumbing, locks, maintenance and repair
- Sort the garbage cans
- Defreeze sidewalks, pathways, emergency exits, balconies and entrances
- Perform end-of-season maintenance
- Sort, install, store and maintain equipment for each season’s activities
- Work on special projects
- Remove carpets and upholstery
- Do minor renovations such as removing the frames, ceramics, setting cord, etc.
- Carrying and handle tasks
- Inventory control and orders
- Move furniture
- Requirements and working conditions
- Teamwork skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work flexible hours
- Being physically fit
