Job Description



Meal preparation

Preparing and cutting fruits and vegetable
-Proportioning and packaging food

Fill the counters and refrigerators
-Fill the distribution refrigerators

Hygiene and sanitation
Know and respect the regulations (SIMDUT, MAPAQ, CNESST)
-Ensure a clean workspace and a clean cafeteria

Customer Service
Maintain a professional relationship the clients
-Ensure the service of meals on the service line
-Operate and maintain hot and cold drink fountains
Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in a similar position
-Bilingualism (French, English), an asset
-Good interpersonal skills
-Ability to work with diverse work teams
-Ability to work under pressure
-Have a good sense of organization
 –Be able to work on a 14/14 schedule (14 work days followed by 14 days off)
-Work in remote areas (James-Bay)
-Physical work (long hours, standing)
-Able to lift heavy loads
