Summary

 

Under the supervision of the HumanResources Department, the Human Resources Consultant will assume a role as anexpert in talent acquisition while demonstrating a high degree of autonomy inhis/her duties.

Sourcing

 

o Write job offers that will beadapted for the communities

 

o Animate the company’s varioussocial networks

 

o Find the best mechanisms todistribute job offers

 

o Develop strong partnerships withemployment assistance organizations in various regions and Cree communities

 

o Determine the best recruitmentplatforms

 

Staffing

 

o Sorting resumes;

 

o Conduct telephone interviews;

 

o Manage the pre-employment processfor hires (reference checks, criminal records);

 

o Hiring process;

 

o Drafting contracts and hiringforms;

 

Integration

 

o Implement the integration processthroughout the company

 

o Ensure the follow-up of theintegration of the candidates

 

Special projects

 

o Participate in the implementationof special projects and recruit teams for special projects (new projects, mineopenings, major works, companion program, health and safety committee, etc.)

 

Requirements

 

o Studies in human resourcesmanagement or industrial relations;

 

o At least 2 years of relevantexperience in recruitment;

 

o Have an interest in recruitment;

 

o Demonstrate excellent knowledge ofFrench and English, both written and spoken;

 

o Customer service skills, courtesyand communication skills;

 

o Have a good knowledge of computersand the Office suite and social networks;

 

o Be autonomous, versatile,resourceful and excel in managing priorities.
