FOOD SERVICE ATTENDANT (6386)

PERMANENT PART-TIME

 

DEPARTMENT: Kitchen (755103)
WORK LOCATION: Chisasibi Hospital
UNION: CSN
STATUS: Permanent Part-Time
HOURLY SALARY: Max $21.58

 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

Person who does general work in the food service department or work related to the serving or preparation
of meals. She/he may be asked to prepare, check and distribute certain special menus established in
advance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma.
  • No specific experience.

Please note that applicants who do not have the above-mentioned requirements may be considered for this position if they possess the following requirements. A reading and writing test must also be successfully completed to be considered.

Alternative Profile:

  • No specific diploma and;
  • One (1) year of related experience.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Must be in good health: physical capability to lift, pull and push heavy loads;
  • Physical capability to remain standing on feet for a long period;
  • Must respect cleanliness;
  • Well organized;
  • Must be able to work in a team.

Language:

  • Fluent in Cree and English;
