Description:
- Perform the maintenance of fixed equipment so as to optimize their availability and reliability for operations
- Ensure that the worksite is clean and safe at all times by complying with 5S Standard
- Assist the reliability group in the development of maintenance procedures
- Respect and apply health and safety work procedures
- Participate in the department’s health and safety activities
- Report any incident/accident to your supervisor
- Keep records on equipment maintenance
- Collaborate on and participate in projects and tests with external stakeholders to improve maintenance work procedures
- All other related tasks
Essential Duties:
- Monitor the sites control system infrastructure status and resolve any issues identified
- Implement temporary and permanent change requests to ICS software/application
- Support projects impacting on site industrial control systems
- Monitor, report and improve the key ICS performance metrics (alarm & controller reporting, system availability etc. for the site)
- Supervise, guide, mentor, support and develop the Control Systems Specialist team members
- Diagnose and resolve operations and maintenance issues related to the industrial control system
- Support the site OT infrastructure and applications, including the PI Historian suite
- Participate in the global process control community
Requirements:
- College or Vocational Studies Diploma in Mechanics
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Bilinguism (French, English) is an asset
