CHARTER FLIGHTS AGENT – Val-d’Or

Job Description

At Air Creebec, our 400 employees who are passionate about aviation offer our customers a first-class experience each day. From our base in Montréal, Val-d’Or and Timmins, we service 16 destinations towards the Cree communities in Northern Québec and Ontario with regular flights, freight services and chartered flights.

Charter flights agent (permanent full-time position – 32 hours/week)

 

YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Charter Flights Coordinator, you will answer the charter service requests from corporate clients or individual customers. Prepare submissions in accordance with established processes and regulations. Coordinate flight logistics, taking into consideration the customer’s expectations and specific requests, as well as other related tasks.

DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PROFILE?

• Have significant experience in transport coordination, logistics and in customer service, ideally in the field of aviation;
• Have training as a flight dispatcher, in transport logistics or any other training judged relevant.
• Are motivated, enthusiastic and energetic, and contribute positively to the team spirit;
• Have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Take initiative and have a sense of responsibility.
• Independent, you can manage many requests at the same time.
• Are bilingual, you have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset.
