Location:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager in our Chisasibi office for a Monday through Friday work week.

The Challenge:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you take on an important role in the day-to-day operations and success of the branch and community banking centers. You will contribute to the achievement of business objectives and volume growth through developing strong customer relationships. You are accountable for delivering professional service to customers by understanding their needs and providing the right banking solutions including credit products, credit counseling, basic investment products and promoting the sale of all personal banking products and services. You will provide strong support to the Branch Manager in the daily operations. Your effectual communication, pleasant personality, as well as strong attendance, punctuality and reliability will be important to your success.

Qualifications:

• Ability to assist in achieving retail business objectives by working with the Branch Manager in developing new and existing business opportunities for local community and assigned community banking centers
• Experience in personal lending products and services in the Banking Industry would be a strong asset
• Ability to perform with a high level of accuracy and completeness
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
• Adaptable, professional, and efficient, with the willingness to take on tasks as assigned
• Enjoy working with others and display a strong support to the team
• A strong desire to learn, grow and succeed
