The CEO of the Siibii Development Corporation (Siibii) leads all aspects of the organization, providing it with a clear purpose and business direction. The candidate is accountable for the financial performance and long-term success of the Siibii by leveraging its human, financial, and capital resources to achieve its objectives. He/she will develop and implement the business operations of Siibii, while identifying and addressing external needs for goods and services.
The Collaboration Agreement Officer reports to the External relations Coordinator. The officer will act as a liaison between the Crees and the mine and will provide support to oversee and coordinate the proper implementation of the collaboration agreement. The position is based in the community of Wemindji, but the officer will need to be present on the mine site from time to time and be ready to travel. 
This position consists in performing a variety of relatively simple administrative duties according to established instructions, methods or procedures and requiring routine decisions based on a limited number of elements.
The Administrative Officer in Human Resources is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Operations department of the Cree School Board. This position ensures efficient HR operations, manages employee records, and assists in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Administrative Officer will work closely with the HR team to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvement.
